I’m so glad you are here. Life isn't always easy. Sometimes it can feel extremely difficult. Challenging life experiences – be they traumatic, or just stressful – can have an impact on our emotions, relationships, and mental health. Everyone has battles to fight and hurdles to overcome at some point. 



I understand how much vulnerability therapy entails, and I believe feeling comfortable and connected to your therapist is integral. I promise to bring a laid-back sense of warmth and humor into the therapeutic relationship. I will meet you where you are, get to know you holistically as a person, and move our work at a pace that feels best for you. We will explore and release stuck areas and emotions to help you return to wholeness, gain balance and regain contact with your true self again.

End the stigma

One in five people will suffer from a mental health problem in their lives. Yet when we talk about mental illness, discrimination and stigma are ubiquitous. When associated with mental illness, stigma leads to the inaccurate and hurtful objectification of people as lazy, crazy, incompetent, and even dangerous. Stigmas fuels feelings of shame, guilt and incompetence in people, which only aggravates their symptoms and prevents them from seeking the help they need.
