Rates and insurance

Cancellation Fees:

 

Individual therapy (less than 24 hours notice) full cost of the session

Missed individual therapy appointment (No-Show) $135

Insurance:

 

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

 

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?

• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it, and have I met it yet?

• How much is my copayment?

• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?

In addition, I accept self-pay, commercial, and Medicaid insurance plans which include:

• Anthem BC/BS, Healthkeepers, Healthkeepers Plus

• Aetna

• Aenta Better Health

• Cigna

• Optima

• United Health Care (Optum)

• Magellan

Payment:

 

Payment must be made prior to the start of the session. I accept cash, health care savings account and all major credit and debit cards as forms of payment.

 

Checks will not be accepted as a form of payment.

 

           

Cancellation Policy:

 

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
